The AIUM has arranged a special room block at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort located next to the conference center. Refer to the property map for easy navigation. Enjoy a comfortable stay at the rate of $286 USD per night, plus tax, for single or double occupancy.
Steps to reserve a room:
Register for the seminar.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a reservation link and exclusive booking codes for either a standard room or an accessible room. Reservations for the room block require one of the codes.
Select the reservation link to go to the reservations site and use the preferred booking code when booking your room.
Tip! Act quickly, as these rooms are in high demand! Be sure to register and make your reservations as soon as possible.
The AIUM block of rooms will be held until Tuesday, January 20, 2026, or until the rooms sell out. Group room rates are honored for 3 days pre- and post-event based on hotel room availability. Should the hotel sell out, please contact the Group Housing Team at 407-939-4686, and they will help you find other Disney hotels.
Disney’s Yacht Club Resorts is anchored along the shores of the 25-acre Crescent Lake where activities abound. Guests enjoy luxurious accommodations that include complimentary Wi-Fi. When seeking recreation, soak up the sun on the white sand beaches lakeside or cool off at Tidal, Admiral, and Dunes Cove leisure pools (Note: Stormalong Bay and Shipwreck Pool will be closed for maintenance). Full enjoyment of the resort includes renting a variety of watercraft from Bayside Marina, evening campfire activities, Movies Under the Stars, tennis, volleyball, arcade, fitness center, jogging paths, and several dining and lounge options.

Tip! Purchase tickets as early as possible to lock in the lowest rate. Once purchased, you are able to make your Theme Park Reservations early since Theme Parks and Attractions at Walt Disney World can sell out.

Disney’s Yacht Club Resort is within walking distance of Epcot®, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, Disney’s BoardWalk, and other resorts.
Travel via the aerial gondola system, Disney Skyliner, which has a station at the International Gateway at Epcot®.
Cruise along on a Friendship Boat for water transportation to Epcot®, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, and Disney’s BoardWalk.
Take the Disney bus transportation from Disney’s Yacht Club Resort bus stop to theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs.
