Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation must be received by Friday, January 9, 2026, to receive a refund of the meeting registration fee minus a $250 administration fee. Written cancellations received after January 9, 2026, will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be received by the AIUM via e-mail to learn@aium.org.
In the unlikely event that the program is canceled, seminar registration fees will be fully refunded. However, please note that the AIUM cannot be held responsible for any travel or hotel costs incurred by participants.
Videotaping, Streaming, and Photography Policy
Unauthorized videotaping, streaming, or photography during the event is strictly prohibited, except by AIUM management and its designated agents. Please be aware that the AIUM reserves the right to photograph, stream, or videotape any exhibits or attendees for use in promotional materials or other AIUM publications. Additionally, the AIUM may record educational courses to be included in the AIUM's educational video program library. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.
