Main Seminar Fee: In-Person or Online

Your main seminar registration comes with a comprehensive package that includes:

1. Electronic syllabus containing general information and seminar presentation slides.
2. Active participation in live Q&A sessions.
3. Daily provision of breakfast, coffee/tea, and snacks. (in-person only)
4. The opportunity to earn up to 14.5 total CME credits.
5. Exclusive access to the full recordings of the Main Seminar (February 15–17) for 90 days, starting from the date of availability.

Pre-Seminar Fee: In-Person or Online

Your pre-seminar registration comes with a comprehensive package that includes:

2. Active participation in live Q&A sessions.
3. Daily provision of breakfast, coffee/tea, and snacks. (in-person only)
4. Earn up to a total of 8.5 CME credits by attending both pre-seminar sessions.
5. Exclusive access to the full recordings of the pre-seminar (February 14) for 90 days, starting from the date of availability.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation must be received by January 11, 2024, to receive a refund of the meeting registration fee minus a $250 administration fee. Written cancellations received after January 11, 2024, will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be received by the AIUM via e-mail to learn@aium.org.

In the unlikely event that the program is canceled, seminar registration fees will be fully refunded. However, please note that the AIUM cannot be held responsible for any travel or hotel costs incurred by participants.

Videotaping, Streaming, and Photography Policy

Unauthorized videotaping, streaming, or photography during the event is strictly prohibited, except by AIUM management and its designated agents. Please be aware that the AIUM reserves the right to photograph, stream, or videotape any exhibits or attendees for use in promotional materials or other AIUM publications. Additionally, the AIUM may record educational courses to be included in the AIUM's educational video program library. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.
