A: There are a lot of options for entertainment at Walt Disney World that do not include Theme Park admission. Directly across the Lake from the Yacht and Beach Club Resort is Disney’s Boardwalk. This Boardwalk boasts multiple dining options as well as entertainment at Atlantic Dance Hall or Jellyrolls, a fun dueling-piano bar. Disney Springs (formerly called Downtown Disney) has a number of entertainment, food, and shopping options as well. You can take Disney bus transportation to get there. Also motorized boat rentals and miniature golf are within walking distance.

Q: Is there anything else to do in or around Orlando besides Disney World or Theme Parks?

You can find a multitude of additional events, activities from eco-friendly tours and outings to theater, cultural events, and sporting events. Two great resources for finding things to do can be found at Experience Kissimmee or Visit Orlando. See the Location page for more information.
