To help lower costs for students, residents, and fellows, the AIUM is pleased to offer a group rate of $1,500 for up to 10 virtual attendees from a single institution. The deadline for group registrations is June 7, 2023.

Sit With Faculty During Lunch (add $50)

Lunch is included for all in-person attendees, however, you can sit with one of our 5 renowned faculty members to ask additional questions as you prepare for the IOTA exam that directly follows lunch. Seating is limited to 5 attendees per faculty member (25 spots available). 

Health and Safety at the AIUM’s Education Center

The AIUM is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for faculty, staff, and participants at their in-person events, conferences, and seminars. The AIUM has developed a Health and Safety Plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as other outbreaks or pandemic events. The Health and Safety Policy will vary depending upon CDC recommendations along with the Maryland Department of Health. Currently, masks are encouraged but not required. We ask that everyone be respectful of other participants’ varying levels of comfort. 

Payments and Cancellation 

Registration fees are payable at the time of online registration. Both credit cards and ACH payments are accepted.

Cancellations must be submitted by e-mail to learn@aium.org by May 20, 2023. There is a $250 cancellation fee. After May 20, 2023, no refunds will be issued. In the unlikely event that the program is canceled, course registration fees will be refunded; however, the AIUM is not responsible for any travel or hotel costs you may incur.

Videotaping, Streaming, and Photography Policy

The AIUM does not allow any unauthorized videotaping, streaming, or photography during the event except by management and its designated agents. The AIUM reserves the right to photograph, stream, or videotape any exhibits or attendee for use in promotional materials or any other AIUM publication. The AIUM may videotape educational courses for inclusion in the AIUM’s educational video program library.
