Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation must be received by January 11, 2023, to receive a refund of the meeting registration fee minus a $250 administration fee. Written cancellations received after January 11, 2023, will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be received by the AIUM via e-mail to learn@aium.org.

In the event that the program is canceled, seminar registration fees will be refunded; however, the AIUM is not responsible for any travel or hotel costs you may incur.

Videotaping, Streaming, and Photography Policy

The AIUM does not allow any unauthorized videotaping, streaming, or photography during the event except by management and its designated agents. The AIUM reserves the right to photograph, stream, or videotape any exhibits or attendee for use in promotional materials or any other AIUM publication.
