Welcome

The AIUM recognizes the importance of enhancing the public's awareness of medical ultrasound and is pleased to make available a presentation titled, Diagnostic Medical Sonography: A Dynamic Healthcare Profession. This presentation can be used to educate high school students and others about careers in diagnostic medical sonography. This presentation, along with the accompanying Presenter Notes, DMS Information Handout and Presentation Questionnaire can be a valuable educational tool for members who would like to encourage students to pursue a profession in medical sonography.

Presentation Instructions

  1. Download presentation to a specified location on your computer.

  2. Uncompress files (unzip) and save to a specified location on your computer.

  3. Open PRESENTATION folder

  4. Click on PPView (red icon) then select "Sonography Outreach presentation_FINAL". The presentation will open and all movies and animations should function properly.
