* Practices with more than 10 fixed sites (base plus 9) will require a site visit.

Fees for Mobile Ultrasound Units
Practices without a fixed site must designate 1 mobile unit to be the "base." The "base" mobile unit will be charged as a base fixed site.

Mobile units in addition to "base"

Designated base "site" fees + $150/additional mobile unit. Capped at 10 (base + 9), but if more than 10, a site visit is required.
